Vision of GAIA Earth Parliament and The Road Ahead

In this article here, I challenged the TINA factor in response to the #ResignModi campaign and volunteered to take the responsibility by talking to all the stakeholders for a consensus if no one better was ready to step up. After exploring all my options, even after it is amply clear that Narendra Modi has lost the moral authority with his abject failures and desperate shameless attempts to cover it up with a thousand lies, I find that most people within BJP/NDA, opposition parties or key influencers in the civil society are not interested to replace him immediately due to their own complicity or indecisiveness. This is despite Bharat that is India, facing its worst civilizational crises in its entire history of tens of thousands of years and scores of death distress and despair all around. The stark truth is that the political establishment of India today resembles a mental asylum run by its most devious inmates running amok with gun power. People are gagged and scared of their lives to even speak out or to organise themselves in protest.

In such a scenario, I am moving on  beyond the idea to remove Modi and to be India’s Prime Minister, which is not the most productive use of my time in the current atmosphere of internecine hatred and distrust.

I shall therefore voluntarily take up the role and responsibilities as Vishvaguru or global thought leader with a vision to set up GAIA Earth Parliament in next one year by 5th June, 2022. 
As per this plan, for a human population of 8 billion globally, there will be between 500 to 600 indigenous and autonomous ( but not “sovereign”) Comunity-States (CS) each with a population in the band of 10 million to 20 million with naturally sustainable population density keeping with the need to restore ecological balance. India for instance, with a population of ~1.35 billion will have 90 such indigenous and autonomous community- states (janpad or rashtra)

The roadmap to this takes me back first to my hometown in Bokaro in July first week and from thereon to Kolkata in 3rd week of July, which I am exploring as the back office for the GAIA Earth Parliament which will be a largely virtual institution for next 10 years leveraging the global digital networks with twice in a year gathering of the representatives of the CS in different cities around the world. 
The primary focus of GEP will be to restore justice and peace in human society, to renew our focus on health and well-being for all and to channelise our collective energies of ~8 billion humans to restore Earth’s ecological balance and to create a livable and lovable world, equitable and sustainable that we all care about and for which our children and coming generations can be proud of us.
The global representatives in due course will decide upon the architecture, systems and structure of the GEP beyond 10 years that is by 2032.

:: गावो विश्वस्व मातरः – गौ विश्व संसद का विजन और आगे का रास्ता ::

अपने भारी नाकामी और निरंकुश व्यवहार से नरेंद्र मोदी प्रधानमंत्री बने रहने का नैतिक अधिकार चुके हैं। वे अपनी नाकामियों को छुपाने के लिये हज़ार झूठ बोल रहे हैं। इसके बावजूद मैंने पाया कि भाजपा/एनडीए के भीतर ज्यादातर लोग, विपक्षी दल या समाज का प्रभावशाली वर्ग अपनी खुद की मिलीभगत या अनिर्णय के कारण उसे तुरंत हटाने के लिए इच्छुक नहीं है। 
इसके बावजूद कि भारत, आज कई हजारों वर्षों के अपने इतिहास में अपने सबसे बुरे सभ्यतागत संकटों का सामना कर रहा है। आज देश में चारों ओर मौत,  विपदा और निराशा का सामना कर रहा है। कड़वी सच्चाई यह है कि भारत की राजनीतिक व्यवस्था का घोर नैतिक पतन हो चुका है। लोग इतने डरे हुये हैं कि न तो वे कुछ बोल पा रहे हैं न ही संगठित होकर विरोध कर पा रहे हैं।
ऐसे परिदृश्य में, मैं मोदी को हटाने और भारत के प्रधान मंत्री बनने के विचार से आगे बढ़ रहा हूँ।  आज का राजनीतिक माहौल आंतरिक घृणा और अविश्वास से संलिप्त है। इसको बदलना मेरे समय का सबसे कारगर उपयोग कतई नहीं है।
इसलिए मैं 5 जून, 2022 तक अगले एक वर्ष में गौ विश्व संसद स्थापित करने के दृष्टिकोण के साथ विश्वगुरु के दायित्व का निर्वाहन करना मेरी प्राथमिकता होगी।
इस योजना के अनुसार, विश्व स्तर पर 8 अरब की मानव आबादी के लिए 500 से 600 के बीच स्वदेशी और स्वायत्त (लेकिन “संप्रभु” नहीं) समुदाय-राज्य (सीएस) होंगे, जिनमें से प्रत्येक की आबादी 1 करोड़ से 2 करोड़ के बीच होगी। पर्यावरण संतुलन को बहाल करने की आवश्यकता को ध्यान में रखते हुए प्राकृतिक रूप से स्थायी जनसंख्या घनत्व का भी ध्यान रखा जायेगा। उदाहरण के लिए, 135 करोड़ की आबादी वाले भारत में 90 ऐसे स्वदेशी और स्वायत्त समुदाय-राज्य (जनपद या राष्ट्र) होंगे।

जुलाई के पहले सप्ताह में बोकारो में मेरे गृहनगर से इसकी शुरूआत करते हुये और उसके बाद जुलाई के तीसरे सप्ताह में कोलकाता के लिये प्रस्थान करूँगा जहाँ गौ विश्व संसद के बैक ऑफिस को स्थापित करने का विचार है। अगले 10 वर्षों के लिये वैश्विक डिजिटल नेटवर्क का लाभ उठाते हुये यह एक चुस्त-दुरुस्त कार्यालय होगा। इसके साथ-साथ दुनिया भर के विभिन्न शहरों में सीएस के प्रतिनिधियों के साल में दो बार सम्मेलन होंगे।
गौ विश्व संसद का प्राथमिक ध्यानबिन्दु मानव समाज में न्याय और शांति बहाल करना, सभी के लिए स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण पर अपना ध्यान केंद्रित करना और पृथ्वी के पारिस्थितिक संतुलन को बहाल करने और रहने योग्य बनाने के लिए ~ 8 अरब मनुष्यों की हमारी सामूहिक ऊर्जा को दिशा देना होगा। हमारा सपना एक ऐसी प्यारी दुनिया का होना चाहिये जो जीने लायक हो, न्यायसंगत और टिकाऊ हो, जिनकी हम सभी परवाह करते हैं और जिसके लिए हमारे बच्चे और आने वाली पीढ़ियां हम पर गर्व कर सकें।
वैश्विक प्रतिनिधि नियत समय में गौ विश्व संसद के प्रारूप, प्रणालियों और संरचना के बारे में 10 साल यानी 2032 के आगे का निर्णय लेंगे।

इजराइल की सरकार से आग्रह है की उन गलतियों को न दोहराएँ जिनके लिये हिटलर को आज भी शर्मसार किया जाता है। यहूदी मजहब के नाम पर फिलिस्तीन क्षेत्र में उनकी नृशंसता से आने वाली पीढ़ी मजबूर होकर इतिहास की उन गुत्थियों को नए सिरे से खंगालेंगी जिससे कहीं ये साबित न हो कि हिटलर और उसके नाज़ी पलटनें सही थी। कहीं न कहीं गलती यहूदियों की ही थी।

अरबों की कब्जा की हुयी जमीन उन्हें वापिस लौटाकर, यहूदी आक्रांता वहीं यूरोप में शरण लें जहाँ से वे आये थे। अमेरिका एवं अन्य देशों में भी कब्जा की हुई जमीन उन्हें वापिस कर वे शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से यूरोप लौट आएँ और प्रकृत्ति प्रदत्त सनातन मानवीय व्यवस्था में जीना शुरू कर दें।

संभव है कि उनके प्रभाव से आकर्षित और प्रेरित होकर दुनिया के विभिन्न देश भी प्रकृति-प्रदत्त जीवनशैली का अनुसरण करेंगे। आज जब यूरोप के इन्हीं गलतियों के कारण समस्त मानव जाति पर स्वास्थ्य और पर्यावरण की भारी क्षति एवं उसका अस्तित्व संकट में है, यही फिर से विश्व कल्याण का मार्ग प्रशस्त करेगा।

The Israeli government is urged not to repeat the mistakes for which Hitler is still embarrassed. Egged by their mindless brutality in the Palestine region, in the name of the Jewish religion, coming generations will be forced to re-examine the knots of history to prove that Hitler and his Nazi forces were right. Somewhere the fault was with the Jews.

After returning the occupied land to the Arabs, the Jewish invaders must take refuge in Europe from where they came. They should return to Europe peacefully from the US and other countries by returning the occupied land to the indigenous people and start living in the eternal humanitarian system.

It is possible that different countries of the world will also follow the nature-gifted lifestyle after being attracted and inspired by their influence. Today, because of these mistakes of Europe, the entire human race is in great danger of health and environment crises that poses an existential threat. At this stage, a course correction by Europe will once again pave the way for global well-being and lasting peace and harmony after the dubious and deceptive peace accords in the shadows of the second European War erroneously called as World War II.

कौन बनेगा प्रधानमंत्री?

आज अलग-अलग राजनीतिक खेमों में बँटे भारत का अगला प्रधानमंत्री सर्वसम्मति से बनेगा ये सुनिश्चित है। यह जाने-अनजाने नरेंद्र मोदी की इस देश को सबसे बड़ी भेंट है।

व्यक्तिवादी स्तर पर मुख्य खेमे हैं – भाजपा के मोदी और कांग्रेस के मनमोहन। (राहुल गांधी और अरविंद केजरीवाल के थोड़े समर्थक हैं लेकिन दोनों के विरोधी उनसे कई गुना अधिक।) आइये इन सबके दावे का आगे आकलन करें।

मोदी का मुस्लिम-नफरतगर्दी खेमा। मोदी के तेजी से सिकुड़ते जनाधार का यह अंतिम लेकिन हठी मुद्दा रह गया है, बाकी सारे दावे खोखले और ध्वस्त हो चुके हैं। यदि कांग्रेस का डर न हो तो भाजपा के भीतर भी मोदी के बचे-खुचे समर्थक भी विक्षिप्त और बेबस हो चुके हैं। अनुपम खेर जैसे वफादार भी अब खुलकर मोदी की भर्त्सना करने लगे हैं।

मनमोहन सिंह का खेमा जो देश को यह जताना चाहता है कि मोदी के विनाशकारी और उलूल जुलूल हरकतों से तो सौम्य स्वभाव के सोनिया के वफादार पूंजीपरस्त मौनी बाबा अच्छे थे। लेकिन सच्चाई यह है कि देश आगे बढ़ चुका है। नये प्रधानमंत्री के लिये मनमोहन एक सलाहकार हो सकते हैं लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री कतई नहीं हो सकते।

अब बात करते हैं विचारधारा की। कांग्रेस और भाजपा दोनों अब मौकापरस्त विचारहीन हो चुके हैं। असम में पूर्व कांग्रेसी दिग्गज हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा का दोनों पर भारी पड़ते हुये भाजपा से मुख्यमंत्री बनना और बंगाल में मोदी का अपना राजनीतिक अस्तित्व दाँव पर लगाने के बावजूद ममता बनर्जी की भारी जीत और साथ में कांग्रेस का सूपड़ा साफ हो जाना इसके ताजे एवं पुख्ता सबूत हैं। वैचारिक स्तर पर भाजपा दीन दयाल उपाध्याय को उसी तरह से त्याज्य कर चुकी है जैसे कांग्रेस ने गांधी का दामन छोड़ दिया है।

इन दो कविताओं को गौर से पढ़ें और जरूरत पड़े तो बार-बार पढ़ें। भारतीयता से ओत-प्रोत सभी विविध विचारधाराओं का समागम इन पंक्तियों में है। इसमें आपको दीनदयाल और गांधी दोनों का दर्शन मिलेगा। सामाजिक उद्यम पर आधारित पूंजीवाद का भी और सामाजिक साम्यवाद (कारखाने वाले साम्यवाद से अलग) का भी। नव नूतन चिर पुरातन के सनातन सिद्धांत से आपको इसमें साइकिल संस्कृति और नये शहरवाद (new urbanism) का झलक भी मिलेगा और परम्परागत ग्रामीण एवं अरण्य संस्कृति की झांकी भी। इसमें आपको आदिवासी और स्वदेशी धाराओं का संगम मिलेगा जो एक होते हुए भी लेफ्ट और राइट के खेमे में जबरन और धूर्त साजिश से बाँट दिये गये हैं। विशुद्ध भारतीयता ही इंडिजेनस है। इसी तरह से दलित-सवर्ण के बनावटी भेद को मिटाता हुआ इसमें एक समावेशी भारत का सपना है जो सभी वर्णों को समुचित अधिकार और दायित्व देता है और उनका उललंघन करने पर उन्हें दंडित भी करता है। यह आधुनिकता का स्वागत करते हुये यह उसकी भ्रामकता और आत्मघाती प्रवृत्ति के प्रति सचेत भी करता है। परंपराओं के तत्व ज्ञान को समझते-परखते हुये उनमें खोये आत्मविश्वास को फिर से जगाता है। भारतीय संस्कृति के साथ जुड़ी सौंदर्य दृष्टि एवं सभ्यता के साथ जुड़ी सामाजिक अर्थव्यवस्था की ओर फिर से आकर्षित करता है की कैसे समय का पहिया के पूरे घूम जाने से उनकी प्रासंगिकता लौट आयी है।

यह कविता दो वर्ष पूर्व लिखी गयी थी। किस व्यक्ति ने लिखा यह महत्वपूर्ण नहीं है। व्यक्तिवाद के धरातल से ऊपर उठिए और इस स्वस्थ सुंदर सशक्त समृद्ध और सतत भारत के विचारधारा के संगम में गोते लगाइए और इसका भरपूर आनंद लीजिये। यही इस देश की सर्वसम्मति है। इस बार प्रधानमंत्री कोई व्यक्ति विशेष नहीं, इसी सर्वसम्मति को सर्वसम्मति से समर्थन कीजिये। यही राम राज्य है। इसी से भारत निर्माण, विश्वगुरु भारत और सोने की चिड़िया यानी 5 ट्रिलियन डॉलर के आर्थिक महाशक्ति का सपना भी साकार होता है।

गौ-कृषि-ऋषि का हो अद्भुत संगम
हो कृषि आधारित अनन्य उद्यम
बने एक बार फिर से नवभारत

घूमते हुये पहिये को, टुकुर-टुकुर देखता हूँ.१

मेरी नज़र पहिये के, वाल्व-ट्यूब पर पड़ती है
हर बार ज़मीन से उठ, जो मेरी ओर मुड़ती है
दूर होती हुयी मुझसे, ज़मीन से जा टकराती है

भौतिक चरम उत्कर्ष को पाकर, सोने की चिड़िया कहलाता है।

फिर कैसे आधुनिक काल के चमत्कारी लेकिन प्रकृति घातक आविष्कारों की चपेट में आकर एक नये दौर, या कहें नये दौरे का आरंभ होता है। आगे की कुछ पंक्तियाँ…

नये आविष्कारों के चपेट में, जब वो आ जाता है
वर्ण-आश्रम का स्वातंत्र्य, मेहनत-मजूरी बन जाता है

चमक-दमक शोर-शराबे से, जीवन को लैस करता है
और भी तेज रफ्तार से, भागता फिरता है

कारखाने की कृत्रिम चीजें, जब खाने लग जाता है.९

इठलाता है इतराता है, खुद ही खुद से ठगाता है.

जंगल में जब बाँस झाड़ लकड़, बहुतेरे पाता है
सुंदर मकान घर के सामान, उन्हीं से सजाता है
जंगलों के तेजी से कटने और जलते जाने से
सीमेंट-कंक्रीट-काँच के, भँवजाल में फंस जाता है.१०

इठलाता है इतराता है, खुद ही खुद से ठगाता है.

तन को ढकने के लिए छाल-खाल, रेशे-रेशम जुटाता है
जंगल खेत खलिहान से, वह यह सब पाता है
जंगलों के विलुप्त होते, कृत्रिम धागे बनाता है
चमकीले टिकाऊ वस्त्रों से, तन को सजाता है.११

इठलाता है इतराता है, खुद ही खुद से ठगाता है.

जंगल के जिस भय को, पीछे छोड़ आता है
उससे हासिल हर साधन का, कृत्रिम विकल्प बनाता है
अपने ही आप से, होता हुआ बहुत दूर
अंततः मानव स्वयं ही, नरभक्षी बन जाता है.१२

मौत के तांडव का अब, टीका-उत्सव मनाता है
इठलाता है इतराता है, खुद ही खुद से ठगाता है

Not all battles are fought on the ground. Some are fought in the sky. We are in one such time. Only a few seem to be prepared. Most are sleepwalking into disaster.Wake up folks!
Battles on the ground are fought with Ground Rules and won with Ground Intelligence. All the ideologies of modern nations and societies, even opposing ones, their constitution, scientific and social constructs are framed within these Ground Rules.
Battles in the sky however, are fought with Cosmic Rules and won with Cosmic Intelligence.Our formal education system doesn’t equip us with CI. Most people are in panic and morbid fear today bcoz they lack CI and are not aware of Cosmic Rules. Nor would they listen to a Vishvaguru.
Viruses for instance are governed by Cosmic Rules. They are endemic and exosome and cause no harm by themselves. They serve a useful purpose to cleanse and detox our bodies. Trying to fight them with Ground Rules – mask, social distancing, quarantine, vaxcin, lockdowns etc. based on Ground Intelligence are counter-productive and utterly ludicrous.
The real disease is the unhealthy lifestyle choices we have been making for past several centuries. We are facing their cumulative impact. Air-conditioners and private motorcars for example should be summarily banned. We should retrofit our living spaces to be naturally ventilated. Motorcars should only run on Right of Way Motoring Tracks so that walkers and cyclists can move freely and safely everywhere else, taking the shortest routes. This will create ample space for food and water to be localised and nothing that gets wasted but is used as raw material to produce something better. Pollution of all kinds must be criminalised beyond a permitted sustainable levels. 

When you stand with truth, the entire cosmo-genesis turns into a Turnstile and the Algorithm helps you travel in time back and forth.

The red and blue in the movie TeneT and in this interview with a GenX yuppie Naina symbolises that. We didn’t plan it. It just happened.

With the election results in 5 states on 2nd of May, and more than a hundred million Indians who have petitioned online with hashtag #ResignModi together with the resound drubbing by the global media projecting him as a narcissist and a disaster, it is a bygone conclusion that Modi should resign or will be forced out by the people very soon. In such an event, do we have a replacement for him in place?

After Modi Who?

I don’t see anyone from the existing power circle – as coming forward or finding support with people given the widespread anger and resentment. It will therefore have to be a dark horse who can rise up to the challenge to bring together India’s diversity and differences, conflicts and contradictions and transform them into new synergies and opportunities to rise up and to save the country from sinking further into despair and disillusionment.

In such a scenario, fully aware of our deep and complex challenges at this critical juncture of a dire health and economic emergency, and confident of my knowledge and capabilities to respond to these challenges, I am putting up my self-nomination for the position of Prime Minister and call upon all of you for your support and contributions to my campaign. I must also reiterate that I would always welcome a better candidate that any of you might suggest or even self-nominate. I shall be happy to give my full support and carry out whatever responsibility assigned to me. What makes me so confident and sure of winning is my simple belief that India needs a uniting figure who can transform our delicate diversity and deep divisions into a beautiful collage called ::Synergy and Emergence::. I am aware of our strengths and opportunities as well as constraints and limitations as one of my favorite quote goes – “No artist paints on an infinite canvas. Constraints fuel creativity.” I believe that with my harmonious approach and powerful belief that to win truly is when no one really loses out is the need of the hour. That is the power of creativity that I hope to paint on the canvas of synergy and emergence.

::The Day After::

Making sense of the posts and responses since the election results yesterday in various states, here is a thinking aloud on a way forward:

1. Dissolve Congress party
   Organise the cadre and resources into Lok Seva Sangh abiding by Gandhi’s wishes which have been long overdue.
2. Isolate Modi-Shah within BJP
   Reinvigorate the spirit of pluralistic BJP of Atal era with its credo of Nation First, diluting their venomous hate-filled corrupt and divisive agenda and re-infuse harmony and Bharatiyata into the cadres preparing the ground for their removal and trial for their criminal misconduct.
3. Bring in all the regional parties within the greater NDA fold
   Making it virtually Partyless and truly Federal with greater power for the states moving right up to Gram Panchayat and Nagarpalika.
